fresh fruit dim sum kids eat free service charge
the breakfast offered a lot of options. it included dim sum and fresh fruit.
The kids ate free deal advertised at terrazzo was not honored. They refused it! they claimed the deal was for another restaurant in the hotel. also, the manager only discounted the bill by 15% instead of removing the service charge. this was like overpaying.

Excellent Stay Experience
central location separate pool amazing staff
The location is central near the beach and Indian restaurants. The pool includes several sections. The jacuzzi stood out. A separate pool and activity area exists for children. I found the staff amazing. Aek, JJ, and others from the restaurant constantly checked on me ensuring I was ok.
The room felt slightly dated and showed minor wear. A refresh would match modern standards.

excellent stay with great facilities
friendly staff amazing pool great location
i found the staff awesome and always friendly . the location provided easy walking distance to nearby attractions. i especially enjoyed the pool area, finding it large and well maintained (a true highlight!).
i noticed small, dark mosquitoes in the breakfast restaurant under the table one morning. this was a minor inconvenience, but worth noting .

The hotel benefits from its perfect position, near the beach and eateries. being close to the beach made spontaneous trips easy. several restaurants are also nearby. They offer diverse cuisines.

the staff offered great service throughout the resort. the team worked hard, including the diligent housekeeping staff. i found them helpful and quick to respond to requests.

my room included a big bed and soft pillows. the decoration was nice and created a relaxing atmosphere (very important). the room had a balcony providing direct access to the pool.
