I found the breakfast selection fantastic with many options. The Wind Song restaurant offered great dinners as well.
My room smelled badly. The price I paid for 3 days did not match the quality!

clean territory friendly staff
the hotel has a clean territory with beautiful flowers and four big pools one includes slides the resort offers two restaurants with italian and asian cuisine as well as a snack bar plus a coffee shop delicious ice cream is available the staff are friendly and kind atom from front desk was especially helpful with our needs and requests we appreciated her service.

i liked the pools a lot the water park is a lot of fun for the kids. there are pool bars and plenty of beds. there is a petting zoo which is great to see goats small piglets and many more.

Acceptable Pools, Disappointing 'All Inclusive'
Pools are quite good. I especially liked the happy-hour pool. There was a live saxophonist playing music.
We booked an All Inclusive package. what we got was not what we expected. It felt disappointing.

family suites kids club
i appreciated the family suites which allowed for comfortable shared space. there was a dedicated kids' club and a small petting zoo onsite. the several pools offered different experiences for both adults and children. i found the staff to be attentive and helpful with any requests i had.
the breakfast buffet became quite crowded during peak hours. it was sometimes difficult to find available seating. the noise level in certain areas could also be high.

beach bag thoughtful additions
i appreciated the beach bag and beach towels. they were handy for trips across the road to the beach. the umbrella and torch in the room were also thoughtful additions.
