i appreciated the excellent location near street food and shops. The staff provided quick service for all requests. The breakfast buffet included many options and the seafood buffet was a treat. i had no regrets about my stay.

i found that the room lighting could be improved for better visibility. Brighter lights would be beneficial especially for tasks needing focused illumination. i recommend upgrading the lighting system.

the hotel includes taxi services right outside its doors and several mini-markets are located nearby. i noted the pool was lovely. it seemed big and cozy. the spa services were high-quality.

The breakfast buffet had a large assortment of food. Staff members were cute. The hotel is close to shopping and entertainment. The location is right off the main road.

The hotel asked for a large sum of money upon arrival for potential spending. This money came straight out of my debit card. A refund of the correct amount has not been acknowledged. This has marred the overall experience.

amazing breakfast attentive staff 24-hour fitness stained towels shower design dim lighting

i found the breakfast amazing. the staff were very attentive and helpful. i appreciate that the fitness center was open 24 hours a day allowing flexibility for workouts.

the towels and robes provided had some stains. the bathroom setup wasn't ideal because the shower splashed water all over the floor. the room lighting could have been brighter as it was quite dim.

The hotel is close to many attractions, shops and markets. I could easily walk to the night market and the shopping center. Staff were kind and always ready to assist with any request.

I found some stains on the bathroom countertop. the bathroom had only one hand towel available and no washcloths were provided. The room was dimly lit.
