the main level had a very relaxing pool. i used the bean chairs. breakfast offered multiple options including cereal and pancakes. the staff was cooperative.

The room was very spacious and cleaned daily. the fridge was re-stocked regularly which i appreciated. we ordered room service. The food was very good and the portion sizes were decent. thongs and robes were provided in the room for use at the pool or beach.

i noted some staff seemed stressed and this was conveyed through some mistakes they made.

the restaurant prices were reasonable. the breakfast buffet included multiple options such as cereal, pancakes, eggs, curries, bread, fruit juices, and a cappuccino machine. i found the food quality to be satisfactory throughout my stay.

the hotel is situated directly on the beachfront, it offers convenient access to the sand and sea. there is a beach in close proximity to the hotel which can be reached with a short walk. this nearby beach offered calm waters, even during the rainy season.

Excellent stay

I had some concerns because of other reviews, but i am very happy i stayed there. Check-in was quick, and i got access to my room a bit early. The hotel is very scenic, and the staff was excellent. I particularly enjoyed using the free paddle boards at the beach.. it was great. Breakfast was good.

The receptionist seemed unable to communicate well in english at all. When i wanted a bellboy to help me with my luggage, she got it wrong and asked, 'oh, you want toilet slippers? ' It was like i was dealing with the worst siri version.

The hotel is near the fine Ao Yon Beach, much better than the main beaches. It is in a somewhat isolated area, away from tourist areas. A cheap taxi ride provides easy access to the main areas if needed.

The room was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable and big. Housekeeping was excellent. I always returned to a super clean room after a day at the beach!

Sometimes the furnishings seemed cheaply done. I noticed some unfinished cabling on lamps. The bathroom layout felt a little awkward to me. Not all power outlets worked. It was a bit inconvenient.

this hotel is nothing like it looks on the pictures i saw paint flaking off everywhere and the rooftop pool area looked in need of some repairs it almost felt a bit like a prison sitting around the bottom pool grab taxis do not like to travel all that way and the local taxis are super expensive

the room was very clean with robes available. complimentary snacks and fizzy drinks were provided daily. the hotel offers free paddle boards on the sea.

the location is remote. it is far from the center and takes at least an hour to get there by car. the food in the restaurant was not good and it was hard to finish the chicken sandwiches.
