Mixed feelings about this stay
incidentals fee outdated decor
the breakfast had a large selection of food choices available.
This was frustrating. room service was inconsistent, with my room not cleaned until 4pm on some days. the room decor felt outdated, needing a refurbishment.

attentive room service amazing rain tree complete equipment expensive bill seafood dinner buffet food quality
The room service was very attentive. The rain tree at the courtyard is amazing and adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel provided everything i needed . (I especially liked the complimentary toiletries).
The food at the seafood dinner buffet was disappointing. I wasn't advised of the price in advance. The bill was exorbitant considering the quality. The food was not good.

the staff lived up to a true 5-star hotel. they were helpful and friendly.. they also maintained the facilities well..
the hotel is ageing and not maintained very well. the facilities are obsolete.. the 5-star standards are not applied here.
