The gym was a decent size and had the equipment I needed.
The beach was a letdown. There was too much trash and dead fish. I don't want to swim in that. The pool area had these call service buttons that didn't do anything, so I had to get up and hunt for a server myself.

the staff demonstrated really good care. They promptly helped me freeze my water bottles. My room was well-kept and included a complimentary minibar. The breakfast selection offered a good variety. The pool area featured many chaise lounges.
The beach had some dead fish, less appealing for swimming. The sea was not enticing because of this. It was slightly disappointing.

The breakfast had a great variety. The staff were amazing, and nothing was too hard. Our Guest Relation Executive, Amirul, checked in with us, keeping us informed about hotel events etc.
The service felt really slow. The call service buttons by the sun decks did not function. It meant I had to find a server myself.

a romantic getaway at its finest!

The staff greeted me with a warm welcome and a complimentary shoulder massage upon arrival. the rooms were spacious with dual sinks, a bathtub, and a large shower. Three water bottles were replaced continuously. homemade truffles, a welcome gift with a cuddly monkey, and a jute bag were provided for carrying belongings to the pool and beach.
the location had surrounding businesses that were dismal and looked abandoned.

the service was amazing from all the team members everywhere. i saw free water stations around the pool. a staff member offered complimentary ice lollies, sandwiches, and mousse during the afternoon.

We stayed at this hotel in 2024 and found the service perfect. The staff addressed all our needs. Our room included a stocked mini bar. The main pool provided plenty of space to relax.
I noticed some wear on the furniture. Though minor, it was there.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It also features an outdoor pool area with ample loungers and shaded sections. A private beach is accessible. It offers a quieter alternative for relaxation, though the sea is not always crystal clear.
