grateful stay with attentive service
breakfast buffet helpful staff clean pools local restaurants
the swimming pools were clean and enjoyable, especially for families. staff members at the cafe were very helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to assist with my child's meals. the hotel's proximity to local restaurants was very convenient.
I found the hotel showed some signs of wear. The rooms could benefit from some updates.

the staff at the cafe were attentive during breakfast. one staff member helped my picky eater child, she ensured they had a good meal. another staff member at the egg station was also very friendly. the service was quite good.

The pool area was acceptable. It had plenty of loungers .
I was not happy with the room service. I ordered a snack, but it took over an hour to arrive. I had to call twice to follow up. the minibar was not cold. The drinks inside were barely chilled, and I found this really disappointing. I think the hotel needs to improve its service in these areas.

breakfast variety multiple pools water rides beachfront access
the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of food. there were multiple pools available. i especially liked the water rides for both kids and adults. the hotel has beachfront access for easy walks.
The mobile app self check-in needs improvement. The counter check-in was much faster.

The hotel boasts a well kept gym with treadmills and stationary bikes. kids enjoy the adventure zone with supervised activities. there is also a big garden with many settings for family activities and relaxation. Workout facilities are included.

the hotel provides direct access to the beach. it is close to night stalls and restaurants. a bus stop outside the hotel provides transport to georgetown. two supermarkets are only a few hundred meters away.

great pool indoor play area extensive breakfast
the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it featured a large variety and a reasonable taste. i liked the great pool area with multiple pools for kids and adults. if it rained, the kids could opt for the adventure zone or the indoor play area.
the grass cutting noise at 10 am near the massage area disturbed my relaxation.

excellent breakfast multiple pools direct beach access late pool cleaning inconvenient timing equipment obstruction
I found the breakfast excellent with many choices. The hotel has multiple pools and some water rides for both kids and adults. I liked the beachfront allowing direct access from the hotel.
The pool opened at 7 am and closed at 7 pm. Pool cleaning started after opening, inconvenient. I found staff cleaning and vacuuming while guests were present. Their equipment sometimes got in the way. They did not move it.
