I found the location so convenient. It put me right in the heart of everything. exploring local food was a joy, especially the bustling markets. the hotel gym and the pool seemed well-kept, a real plus for a quick workout or swim. i found the staff always available and ready to assist.

The air conditioning unit seemed quite loud at night. It bothered me just a little.

The hotel provided an outdoor swimming pool and a fully-equipped gym for guest use. I saw many people actively using those facilities. a spacious lobby also provided ample seating . It added a sense of comfort.

The reception desk was staffed 24 hours a day to assist guests. i saw daily housekeeping ensuring the cleanliness of the rooms, it was quite effective. staff members were always available. They seemed helpful.

My beautiful king room included a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, it had a tv with cable channels. complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer were available. They made it convenient. a work desk and a seating area were included.

The hotel is within 1 kilometer of many eateries. I went to most of them. nearby attractions included the top and 1st avenue shopping mall. i took short walks there. It was convenient. penang famous wall murals were close by too.

The hotel has really kind staff. They accommodated my request for a standing shower for my elderly mother. Staff also assisted in changing our room from a twin bed to a king sized bed upon check-in.

The water pressure for showering was weak. I found the pillow too soft for my comfort. I also noticed the air conditioning unit was quite loud during operation. Limited selection of TV channels was available.

The room was spacious and featured a modern design. I liked the rainfall shower in the bathroom, a really nice feature. The hotel's location was ideal. It allowed easy access to many shops and restaurants nearby.

One minor issue I experienced was a slight delay during check-in. The process took longer than expected. This created a bit of an initial inconvenience.

The location was very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel provides a variety of breakfast options. The staff members were cheerful and helpful .

The gym had limited equipment , and some machines were out of service. The pool area lacked sufficient shade during the day , , made it difficult to relax. The television remote in my room did not always work properly , and I had to request assistance to fix it.
