the room included two sinks in the bathroom. the hotel has two distinct pool areas to choose from.

constant traffic building machines
the staff was helpful and friendly , , made my stay acceptable.
i WAS promised an island view room, but trucks and building machines passed just outside my window. workmen with whistles directed this traffic. this constant activity outside made it quite unpleasant.

Comfortable Stay
warm welcome delicious platter warm send-off
I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. Their kindness was nice. The executive chef, Muhd Saleh Semihan, personally brought us a delicious salmon platter one evening. Hasril ensured our transport was on time upon departure and gave us a warm send-off. I am grateful for the excellent service I received.
The lack of facilities available before check-in and after check-out was inconvenient. A very basic single shower was available but without amenities. The lounge lacked air conditioning , made it difficult to relax while waiting for my flight.

The room was spacious. It had well-appointed features. The recent upgrades made it brighter and more cute. I found the comfortable beds particularly nice to rest after a long travel day.

I enjoyed every meal because of the fabulous choice. Staff brought my favorite cocktail, a strawberry daiquiri, regularly. The breakfast offers a large and diverse selection. The food, besides the breakfast, was great.

The hotel has a fine beach. It provides easy access to the town. Cenang with its shops and local restaurants, is a short walk away. There is a supermarket and a laundry shop near the traffic lights.

The staff was courteous and helpful with my needs. They were always polite, cute, and ready to assist. The cleaning lady named Ana, was particularly good with her duties. The reception ladies were helpful as well-.

There are two large pools. One pool remains quieter, and it is usually occupied by guests without children. The cascade pool was big and super clean. The kids mini club offers a lot of fun activities for children.

Underwhelming stay. Improvements needed
dust layer dirty supplies
The location was good, as it was right on the beach. That's a definite plus.
The room was not clean. I saw a thick layer of dust on every surface. i called about it, and someone fixed it. It was not a good first impression. the cleaning staff used a dirty mop and broom too. also i heard noise from neighbors all night.

the grounds were beautiful and the food at the restaurant was reasonably priced.
the sink in my room was blocked, inconvenient. there were also many flies in the room, despite requests to address the issue. the balcony doors did not have proper seals, and this made it easy for the flies to enter

The staff was very kind. my lake view room overlooked the landscaped gardens. The bathroom had ample size. two large swimming pools were available. julia kept our room spot on.
i noticed a lack of shade around the pool, and also that there was a considerable amount of children near it.

i enjoyed the traditional chalet style and well maintained gardens. the international breakfast included many choices. friendly staff were available to help, and i appreciated the proximity to shops and restaurants (a quick walk!).
i found the lack of available buggy service a slight inconvenience during peak hours.
