attentive staff breakfast quality indian food room availability contact issues lack support

i stayed for several nights. the staff seemed attentive. the tide restaurant offered good food, particularly at breakfast. the chef, mahesh, excelled with the indian food.

i reached the hotel and was told the room was not ready. i was not contacted when the room became available. locating my room in the large hotel proved difficult without assistance or luggage support.

I enjoyed the private beach area. It was clean. The staff members were helpful (especially at the concierge). The rooms were clean. The three swimming pools provided nice views of the sea.

Decent Stay with Some Disappointments

The resort appears quite tired. It definitely shows its age. Monkeys freely roam on the balconies (I saw them, and it can be a bit unnerving). The beach is unremarkable. It's pebbly and not particularly inviting for walking. I also observed what seemed to be grey water being drained into the sea near the resort. (Not very appealing for swimming).

I stayed in a Twin Room Garden View for 3 nights. The breakfast buffet had a very really good spread (I especially liked the waffles). The pools were beautiful and clean and I swam every day.

The gym had a limited selection of equipment.
