i enjoyed my room. it was a beautiful double or twin room sea view. the room had a great view of the sea and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom had two sinks and a rainfall shower (very convenient).

the gym only had a limited number of treadmills and stationary bikes, so it was sometimes crowded.

the staff at the rock royalty lounge provided excellent service. they were friendly and efficient. the bellhops were helpful with our bags and provided a warm welcome upon arrival.

I had a room with a terrace. It faced the pool and was on the 2nd floor (a nice view). The room was clean and well maintained. I found a good selection of entertainment on the tv.

The customer service had issues. I tried to book an airport transfer and they needed 72 hours warning (difficult with short notice). The lobby bar charged rm 15 for warm milk for my daughter. I found this inconsistent as the entertainment bar charged rm9 for the same order.
