free coffee maintained room reasonable rate

The lobby provides a free coffee machine available all day. I liked that the rooms are large and well maintained. Rates were reasonable for the size and amenities. Staff members were polite and offered helpful assistance.

The check-in procedure took longer than expected.

SUPER convenient stay!

strategic location clean room breakfast buffet

I appreciated the strategic location, near shopping and eateries. The room was very CLEAN and well kept. The breakfast buffet was a positive surprise, with many options available, and the coffee station was available ALL day.

Soundproofing between rooms could use improvement. I could hear my neighbors sometimes.

great location complimentary coffee water pipe same problem

the location was great (easy walking distance to many places). the staff provided complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby anytime, a nice touch.

i checked into a room, and i noticed noise i thought was from the water pipes. i changed rooms later, but this room had the same problem (it was pretty disruptive).

misleading description frustrating situation

the room was very comfy and tidy, acceptable.

I was frustrated about the room situation. i paid extra for a room that was not windowless because a window was listed as a facility. the 'view' from the first room was an exterior wall, and the second room faced the corridor. Neither was a view. the front desk staff argued about the definition of 'window' and 'view'. It wasted my time.
