the staff i interacted with were quite friendly and they did greet me with a smile always. the breakfast offered many choices and it was easy for everyone to find something. i liked the multiple pools because there were two different ones to choose from. it gave my stay more options.

i felt the furniture was old. the housekeeping tried to keep things clean, but the room needs updates soon. sometimes, i heard music from the balcony as guests listened and sang. it was too loud after quiet hours.

the breakfast was fantastic with many choices and different cuisines the hotel was very central with lots of shops markets and food places highly accessible the food in the hotel was very reasonably priced and of great taste. the beef burger and the pizza from the cafe by the pools was really good the kids loved the pool and especially the splash pad stood out.

the bathroom was not maintained well the corners of floor and roof were covered with dirt and black mold. i informed the hotel management about the cleanliness and mold issue at checkout i hope they fix it soon

the staff were cute and professional from security to reception from housekeeping to the restaurant they always greeted me with a smile it was quite admirable indeed i felt very pampered. there was no problem with sound proofing too.

the hotel has a pool divided into two parts one for water games and one calmer. i also noted a good number of diverse restaurants with interesting menus available at the hotel also there are a billard and ping pong tables for entertainment.

malfunctioning air conditioningcigarette smell

The phone did not work in my room. the air conditioning also malfunctioned. It alternated between hot and freezing temperatures. i could not regulate it at all. this inconsistency made the room very uncomfortable at times, especially during the night. also, the staff did not address the cigarette smell coming from a connecting room, even though the hotel is non-smoking.
