I encountered some maintenance issues. The door lock malfunctioned, the bed was broken, and the toilet did not flush properly. It often required two calls to the front desk to get these things fixed (this felt excessive). The breakfast quality was also disappointing. The food was just okay, and the service varied significantly depending on the waiter.

The room was spacious and nicely furnished. I had a balcony overlooking the sea, which I appreciated. The restaurants and bars were good. I found the location convenient.

The hotel felt dated. The rooms were not as clean as I expected. The chandeliers and wall light fittings were dusty. I thought the service was only average, though the staff were friendly.

The level of service was disappointing. Some front desk staff lacked initiative, and no effort was made to settle us or direct us to a lounge area while waiting.
