colonial charm and excellent service
spacious room delicious breakfast pleasant atmosphere
The spacious room provided enough room to move. breakfast was delicious. The selection was fresh. the hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. the bellman was helpful, and check-in was smooth. i felt very welcome and cared for . every interaction was positive.
the hotel lacked areas to relax outside. the lounge area was dominated by the pianist. i ended up spending hours on the balcony with the accompanying road noise. a more quiet outdoor space would enhance the stay.

the rooms were very comfortable and large. each includes a nice balcony. the beds were super king size. the balcony doors block out sound well, so i slept peacefully.

road noise disorganized breakfast
The road noise was quite noticeable. It disrupted sleep even with earplugs that the hotel provided. the breakfast service seemed disorganized and slow.. Guests arriving after me received service first, frustrating and unacceptable. It reflected a lack of attention to detail.

friendly staff guided walk delicious breakfast a la carte dining
i stayed for three nights and found the staff very friendly. they were attentive to my needs at all times. the hotel offered several activities and i enjoyed the guided nature walk. the breakfast was a la carte and delicious with great options.
the road outside was a bit noisy and i could hear some traffic from my room.

Really good Service and Colonial Charm
high service level really good room freshness
The staff provided a very high level of service. I encountered the wow effect everywhere, from restaurants to the spa. The room was really good.. The breakfast was great. I especially liked the freshness of a la carte orders. Front Desk and Restaurant staff service deliverance were excellent.
The hotel is located directly on the main road. The noise from the traffic is loud all day and during the night.

Decent Stay with Some Disappointments
I found the road noise quite bothersome. The hotel sits right on the main road and traffic was constant (scooters without mufflers made it worse). It was hard to relax with hammering noises starting early in the morning.
