Cameron Highlands Resort offers rooms with a seating area and French doors that open onto a balcony. Each apartment features a TV with ASTRO Satellite, a refrigerator, a kettle, a rice cooker, and a gas stove. Rates range from RM180 to RM300, but are subject to change with prior notice.

Dining at Cameron Highlands Resort combines traditional English cuisine with Asian flavors. The hotel has probably the best restaurant in Cameron Highlands, where chefs serve colonial classics, Western specialties, and local specialties, followed by desserts for dinner. The à la carte lunch menu offers starters, classic dishes, and desserts. English Afternoon Tea includes pastries, sandwiches, scones, clotted cream, strawberry jam, and strawberries, complemented by teas from Cameron Highlands. Guests may also enjoy pre-dinner cocktails and a Christmas Dinner. The Reading Room, located by The Dining Room, features leather couches and a fireplace.

The award-winning wellness center features healing therapies using local jungle produce and ancient tea rituals, combined with knowledge from the Orang Asli. The surrounding cool climate and hilly greenery are suitable for golf, jungle trails, tea plantations, farms, gardens, afternoon tea, and spa treatments.
