Decent stay with some issues

I found the resort very colorful. Every corner had beautiful designs. The staff provided a free room upgrade, which I did appreciate.
The room was quite dark. Even with all the lights turned on, it did not seem bright. The bathroom needed a mop because the floor remained wet after showering. There was no way to dry the floor, so it was slippery.
