poor water pressure thin windows

The room promised a bathtub. It was more like a large basin. filling it took an age, and the water pressure was laughable. also, the advertised city view? obstructed by scaffolding and a rather uninspiring carpark. I almost choked on my own disappointment! the noise from the street below persisted till late, but the thin windows did nothing to block it.

Really good Stay at a Beautiful Mansion

I stayed for several nights and enjoyed the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering everything i could want. The staff were friendly and respectful. Their service was great. I appreciated the breakfasts. They catered to all tastes, with afternoon treats adding a lovely touch.

The air-conditioning was not powerful enough, and there was loud music from nearby locations. I found it hard to sleep because of this. I wish the hotel addressed this issue.

i found staff members friendly and helpful. rooms has spacious designs with nice decorations. the tour of house was quite enjoyable.

the bar service needed improvements. waiting times extended beyond acceptable limits. after twenty minutes, i decided to leave due to slow service.

friendly staff peaceful coffee shop location in city reception problem

Daniel and karuna welcomed me well at the entrance! i tried the coffee shop beside the door. It was really peaceful and drinks were refreshing. the guide, alexis, was passionate and interesting. It was easy to talk with him.

the blue mansion was located in the middle of the city. when we arrived, the receptionist had a bit of a problem, though it was sorted out.
