The location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The room was NOT clean. The floor felt dirty, and the toilet had a noticeable odor. I requested a late checkout due to car trouble, and it was initially approved. another staff member later denied it, citing a group check-in, a communication breakdown that left me frustrated.

the shower gel and shampoo were empty when i checked in! the bedroom and toilet doors did not close properly. the housekeeping staff response time was slow, apply, twice.
