The hotel location provides easy access to nearby stores and dining options. I FOUND convenient stores close.

The lift service was inadequate. Waiting times were long. Several lifts seemed out of service, made moving around the hotel difficult. I often had to wait an unreasonable amount of time, even during off-peak hours, because of infrequent stops.

the room overlooked a wall, a letdown since i booked a room with a park view. housekeeping did not clean the room or change towels during my 3-night stay. the refrigerator was also broken. it really detracted from the stay.

i found the location quite convenient. i was within walking distance to bukit bintang. housekeeping provided a good service, and the staff was helpful. check-in and check-out were very fast. i liked how efficient everything was.

the lifts were slow. it took a long time to get from the ground floor to reception. i found this a bit inconvenient.
