The location is excellent with easy access to Pavilion. I found the staff at the Club Lounge to be very attentive. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of choices with an omelet station. The pool area provides a relaxing environment away from the city streets.

The lobby was frequently busy, so check-in and check-out processes sometimes took a while.

The room featured a sleek design with a great color scheme. It had a refurbished look. I found the room clean. A rounded window provided views of nearby buildings. A variety of organized facilities enhanced the stay.

Sedap Restaurant offered delicious choices and great service, i ate there. Sharrif, the manager, provided really good service during a birthday celebration. The mushroom soup was world-class. Complimentary cake and coffee enhanced the dining experience, it was a good memory.

The club lounge offers decor, a large space, and several areas for various needs. The happy hour featured drinks and food items with attentive staff. Access to the club lounge made it worth the fee. The staff were very accommodating.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous. Sumee's hospitality and Nizam's efficient check-in service created a cute arrival. Several staff members, including Chevi, Joon Lee, and Kamal, provided really good service. They were the most kind people.

firm bedunclear charge

the bed felt too firm for what i'd expect. the shower space also felt small making it difficult to move freely. i also faced an issue with the pre-authorized amount as it was charged without clear explanation. this was sorted but did cause some confusion at first i think some communication improvements are needed.

I encountered some issues . The breakfast setup was odd. It was like I was trying to sneak a free meal. the gym lacked proper maintenance. One of the treadmills was out of service throughout my visit and that affected my training plans.

i had such a nice time here the staff was really friendly and helpful they arranged a cake in my room as a birthday surprise i felt so welcomed the bathroom was big and well organized i found everything i needed in the closet it was a great design. the location is super convenient pavilion shopping mall and the train station are just a short walk away i enjoyed the convenience of being so close to everything. the hotel parking elevators and room elevators were close it made getting around easy the information at check in was thorough and helpful

the location near pavilion shopping mall is excellent getting to the mall and the train station was quick and easy i appreciated the accessibility of the area the city bustle felt muted which was also a plus. it was in a great location

The location was good and very accessible for transport. The food selection had a crazy lot of options and the service was friendly.

The room was always cold. I increased the temperature to the max, but it made no difference, so I had to turn off the AC at night. I turned it back on again in the middle of the night after the room got too stuffy-.
