fantastic stay!
quick check-in professional staff super clean room complimentary water
i stayed here recently and the check-in was quick. the front desk staff were professional and cute. my room was super clean and very modern. housekeeping staff did a great job each day. i appreciated the complimentary bottled water and fresh towels.
the bathroom glass door didn't close fully.

really good service friendly staff quick resolution
I LOVE the really good service I received. Staff were all so FRIENDLY and helpful . Chi Chi, on the 25th floor, was AMAZING, and she quickly resolved a minor issue with the bed. At the pool, Rana greeted me by name and ensured I had drinks. This.
The old bathroom had A leak. This needed immediate attention.

Breakfast featured a HUGE variety of choices for every taste. The hotel provides easy access to shops and restaurants. This made dining very convenient. The pool is REALLY relaxing for swimming and recharging.

I really appreciated the room upgrade I got upon arrival. The staff were helpful and responsive to my requests. The breakfast buffet had a big food variety, a nice surprise!
The sink in the room was damaged. Water leaked onto the floor each time I turned it on.

Decent stay, some drawbacks
great location breakfast experience musty smell slow check-in
I checked in on a Monday and checked out on a Friday. The location of this hotel is great with a mall attached. I had a good breakfast experience, especially the vegetarian options.
The check-in process was slow and disorganized. The room had a noticeable musty smell. Towels were not enough for the number of guests indicated in the room occupancy, a two bedroom suite.

smooth check-in really good housekeeping
Check-in was smooth and staff was cute. Housekeeping by Atif was really good as he changed our bedsheets. He did a good job and made sure everything was neat. The room felt tidy because of this service.
Everything in my room was not good. The rod for hanging the towel in the bathroom always fell when I wanted to hang the towel. I did not like this situation.
