this hotel was great. the breakfast buffet had a lot of options, including malay, chinese, indian, japanese, and european cuisine. the dining staff were both professional and friendly . its location is also very convenient as it is a short walk to many attractions and shopping.

the gym equipment needs some maintenance. some machines were out of service. this limited my workout options. it's an important area that needs attention

the hotel has a giant floral arrangement in the lobby. this creates a nice atmosphere upon arrival. it is quite beautiful and makes you feel welcome.

the breakfast buffet had a variety of choices the staff were friendly. the hotel's location was excellent it made getting around easy. the concierge service was also quite good i received helpful assistance.

the basic rooms felt quite dated the furnishings seemed old. our water supply stopped one night i had difficulty contacting reception. i feel some compensation would have been appropriate for this issue

The location is acceptable. It allowed easy access to many areas of interest (if you don't mind using taxis).

My room was not what I expected. The furniture looked quite old and scuffed. I even found a dirty sock. It was so lovely of them to leave it there.
