the prime location is superb since it is across from pavilion i did not have any issues shopping. i could easily grab a bite at starhill shopping mall too as it was close by.
heavy traffic made it a bit difficult when using grab.

I found the location amazingly convenient because many shops are nearby and easy to reach either by walk or a quick ride. The breakfast buffet provided is excellent. There are a variety of options and excellent service from the staff. I found my stay comfortable. The rooms provided adequate facilities. I appreciated the hotel location near Pavillion Shopping Mall.
Some noise did get through into my room. The sound insulation from outside could use an upgrade. Race car engines late at night caused slight frustration. A quieter room would have contributed to a better night's sleep.
