helpful staff clean rooms complimentary drinks shower door scratchy towels small tube

i thought the staff was really nice, being helpful with my questions. i also like that the rooms were clean. the hotel also provided complimentary drinks, it was unexpected but i appreciate that.

the room i stayed in wasnt in good condition. the shower door dont close properly. towels feel old and scratchy, and the provided shower gel was a small tube for two.

The buggy service to the airport was wonderfully convenient. The breakfast buffet had many choices. I found good options to start my day. The staff members were friendly. The location is excellent. I was very close to my departure gate.

i found the buggy service really fast. the staff were helpful and friendly! i even got an upgrade, an amazing surprise. the food options were really convenient so i did not have to go out.

airport stay delight!

comfortable bed efficient check-in free buggy cheerful atmosphere

i found the bed comfortable and check-in went really fast. the hotel even provides a free buggy service to the departure hall, which i appreciated! our room was very clean, and the live band playing in the lobby made the atmosphere cheerful. i enjoyed the upgraded roomwith nice surroundings.

the airport signposting for the hotel was a little confusing to follow, but i made it eventually.
