the room was very clean with a comfortable bed. i also appreciated the availability of a complimentary buggy service to the nearby shopping center. the breakfast in the club lounge was very peaceful with a nice view.

the check-in process was slow. the hotel blocked a significant amount on my credit card. releasing the blocked amount took two weeks which i found inconvenient.

great stay at the hotel

convenient location great park free buggy

the location is great because it connects to the kl convention centre. it is super convenient for attending events. the klcc park and suria klcc mall is beside it. i enjoyed having the free buggy ride to klcc and back because it was nearby.

i had ants, loads of tiny ants in my room. i did complain to the staff on different occasions. they did nothing about it at all.

Lovely Views and Excellent Service

very nice view convenient location

I received an upgrade to the Twin Towers View Suite and the view was very nice. I will book the same room next time for sure. The location was very convenient, a short walk to Suria KLCC mall and KLCC Park. Internet access was fast. Food service was amazing. I particularly loved the carbonara.

During a three-night stay, one of the lights in my room malfunctioned and was never repaired despite reporting it via WhatsApp. Room cleanliness also needs improvement, especially in hidden corners. The in-room switch system was confusing without clear indications.

The staff was consistently friendly. They were also courteous and professionally trained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including fresh juices prepared on the spot. The buggy service between the hotel and the Petronas Twin Towers enhanced the overall experience.

big windows well-appointed rooms early arrival delayed check-in

the view was fabulous with big windows. The rooms were very well appointed.

i arrived very early at 9am. I went to concierge to store my luggage and concierge informed us to check-in at level 1. i expected more speedy help.
