the location is great because it connects to the kl convention centre. it is super convenient for attending events. the klcc park and suria klcc mall is beside it. i enjoyed having the free buggy ride to klcc and back because it was nearby.

i had ants, loads of tiny ants in my room. i did complain to the staff on different occasions. they did nothing about it at all.

I received an upgrade to the Twin Towers View Suite and the view was very nice. I will book the same room next time for sure. The location was very convenient, a short walk to Suria KLCC mall and KLCC Park. Internet access was fast. Food service was amazing. I particularly loved the carbonara.

During a three-night stay, one of the lights in my room malfunctioned and was never repaired despite reporting it via WhatsApp. Room cleanliness also needs improvement, especially in hidden corners. The in-room switch system was confusing without clear indications.

The staff was consistently friendly. They were also courteous and professionally trained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including fresh juices prepared on the spot. The buggy service between the hotel and the Petronas Twin Towers enhanced the overall experience.

i arrived very early at 9am. I went to concierge to store my luggage and concierge informed us to check-in at level 1. i expected more speedy help.
