i found the staff very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was fast. i also liked the rooftop bar Firefly on the 32nd floor, especially at night, since it looked very lovely. there was also a swimming pool on the same floor that i enjoyed for a relaxing swim.

The gym had a decent selection of weight machines it was usable I guess.
The shower drain was clogged water leaked onto the bathroom floor each time I used it. I reported this twice the problem remained unaddressed.
