The elevators were unbelievably slow. i waited at least 10 minutes EVERY time, and they were often overcrowded. also, the in-room dining menu was outdated. I ordered something only to be told it wasn't available.

The rooftop pool was a highlight of the stay. It offered a place to relax and cool down, especially during hot days. I found food and drinks pretty good, too. Chicken strips were a hit. Breakfast was also a good experience, mainly because of the variety.
The elevator service was slow and inconvenient. I often waited 5-10 minutes for an elevator. Retrieving a forgotten item from the room took almost 20 minutes.

Mixed Feelings Regarding this Hotel

The elevators were a significant issue. I waited excessive amounts of time. This occurred even during off-peak hours. The room design also presented problems. The placement of the air conditioning unit directly over the bed was uncomfortable. I found it hard to regulate the temperature adequately at night.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was fast. i also liked the rooftop bar Firefly on the 32nd floor, especially at night, since it looked very lovely. there was also a swimming pool on the same floor that i enjoyed for a relaxing swim.

The gym had a decent selection of weight machines it was usable I guess.
The shower drain was clogged water leaked onto the bathroom floor each time I used it. I reported this twice the problem remained unaddressed. The lifts seemed like they operated in slow motion I waited an unacceptable amount of time.
