adequate but showing age
damp smell limited buffet
the room smelled of damp and the bathroom shower leaked the breakfast buffet seemed limited considering the price I paid the location is convenient for the airport but heavy traffic made getting around difficult staff service was somewhat inconsistent some were attentive while others seemed disinterested. I Expected better from this hotel.

incorrect billing compromised security
the pool area was fine it was decent.
the billing was incorrect i found that very annoying the rooms were not cleaned properly there were issues with guest security i did not feel safe at all.

Excellent service and convenient location
kind staff shuttle service convenient food
The front desk staff was kind and helpful. They allowed my elderly mother to check in early so she could rest. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to a nearby shopping center. The food selections were great and provided convenient options.
The hotel is a bit older, some facilities are not modern.

missing bidet dirty carpet
The room did not have a bidet. The carpet was very dirty. It requires thorough cleaning. These issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay. I insist on a bidet for proper hygiene.
