The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were very cute. The location is AMAZING, especially its connection to a big mall with MANY food options. I found a massage that was nice, the best I have EVER had. The therapists showed extreme skill.

the rooms are spacious i enjoyed the comfy bed. breakfast included a rich buffet i especially liked the chef preparing eggs to order.

the swim up bar was only open on saturdays i wanted to order a drink by the pool but needed to ask the lifeguard to call someone. waiting for service around the pool took too long, it wasn't worth it.

the breakfast was acceptable, i guess, though not exactly amazing.

The check-in process felt oddly disorganized. Nobody seemed to know what was happening. i requested a king bed large room bathtub lounge access but somehow ended up with something entirely different. the room wasn't properly vacuumed. I found bits of debris and old crumbs scattered around. also, i paid extra for lounge access, but the promised perks seemed suspiciously absent.

I found the staff familiar with my previous visit, a plus. They were helpful and generous with providing drinking water. I also noticed the addition of more elevators. The room service menu had a more extensive selection than before.

I felt the opening hours for the game room could have been more accommodating. Perhaps extending the hours from 6 AM to 12 AM would better suit guests.
