the location was fine. it was accessible to things

The wifi barely worked. I mean, it was basically useless. and the noise. oh my god, the noise. i could hear everything from the room above me, and i am not exaggerating. I heard way more than i wanted to know about other people's private lives. it was a bit much

attentive staff beautiful garden great pool

I appreciated the attentive staff and their watchful supervision. Detail was important to them. Flower arrangements and gardens are beautiful. I found a great pool, gym, sauna and steam bath at the leisure centre.

I used to love the hotel but i've decided this is my last time because Infrastructure is terrible. I literally hear people above me. It becomes a problem because it happens late.

I found the rooms to be in classic Filipina style. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and other products (a small detail but very useful).

Breakfast service in the lobby was quite slow. I waited twenty minutes for beverages to arrive.

the lobby impressed me with its elegance. the staff were smartly dressed with great attention to detail. i found my room to be clean and it had fluffy pillows plus a duvet. it also had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

my request for feather-free pillows and duvet was ignored despite triple confirmation.

the hotel car service was convenient, and i was greeted by name upon arrival (which was a nice personal touch). dining in the lobby was a pleasure, and i particularly enjoyed the cuisine at spices.
