The location was acceptable. It was near places i needed to go.

The noise at night was not good. i was on the seventh floor and could hear a cockerel crowing all night. It happened every few minutes.

the room was spacious the fast internet worked well. friendly staff accommodated all requests efficiently. the hotel is near the smx convention center which was very convenient. i appreciated the comfortable rest . the breakfast choices were diverse and the hot chocolate was a highlight. a staff member assisted with an umbrella during rain which was very helpful.

the air conditioning sometimes stopped working . this was irritating and made the room less comfortable.
