temperamental air conditioning scarce power outlets

the air conditioning seemed temperamental it would cycle between freezing and stuffy with no middle ground i also found it odd that there were no readily available power outlets near the bed charging my phone became a nightly treasure hunt involving moving furniture and questionable extension cords

the staff helped hold an umbrella when it rained i liked that. the air conditioning worked well and so did the shower. breakfast included a wide range of choices plus hot chocolate. i somehow received a room upgrade when i arrived

i noticed a few small cockroaches in the bathroom even though it was cleaned the bathroom door seemed old with small holes perhaps that is how they entered

The location was acceptable. It was near places i needed to go.

The noise at night was not good. i was on the seventh floor and could hear a cockerel crowing all night. It happened every few minutes.

the room was spacious the fast internet worked well. friendly staff accommodated all requests efficiently. the hotel is near the smx convention center which was very convenient. i appreciated the comfortable rest . the breakfast choices were diverse and the hot chocolate was a highlight. a staff member assisted with an umbrella during rain which was very helpful.

the air conditioning sometimes stopped working . this was irritating and made the room less comfortable.
