really good service and good dining!

warm welcome great service pleasant meal convenient location

i always appreciate the warm welcome i receive here. the staff consistently provides great customer service. i especially enjoyed the breakfast, dana assisted with my meal in a very pleasant way. i found the location very convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

i noticed that some lift buttons were not working . i would have liked to have had a microwave in my room for added convenience.

delayed refund unresponsive support

The check-in process was frustrating. upon checkout, i presented my card for the refund, and i was told the charge would be reversed, with the funds returning in a few days.. after a week without receiving the money, i inquired, only to be told it could take up to 14 business days. it has been over three weeks, and they haven't refunded my money. They've even stopped responding to my messages. this really soured my stay.
