I found the staff to be very competent and always smiling. Security. Nicole was fantastic and always willing to help with a great attitude.

The telephone in my room didn't work, and there was no hot water in the bathroom initially. I told the front desk about this, and while the hot water was eventually sorted that evening, the telephone remained broken. On checking out, when I mentioned the lack of hot water that morning, the receptionist laughed and offered no apology.

I appreciated the spacious bedroom and the comfortable bed. The room had a great view, and I considered it a good value for money. It was equipped fully with what I needed, excluding a washing machine.

Breakfast had limited options with an ala carte menu at a cafe located close to the hotel. The staff at the breakfast place was helpful and friendly. There are Thai and Chinese restaurants directly in front of the hotel.

The doormen really made the difference. They are consistently warm and ready to assist, they. One time , I became ill and the staff offered advice, they even gave me a basket full of fruit with a kind message. It was a sweet gesture.

the room was spacious with good luminosity. the staff proved really good with their kindness and willingness to help. i found ms einie at reception kind, and mr meljo was helpful with transport issues.

the room air conditioners function was blocked to guests. the pool area looks good in photos but needs better maintenance. the spa functions didn't work

The apartment size was good. The kitchen was well appointed. I appreciated that filtered water was provided at no cost. The reception staff arranged my airport transfers quickly.

The toilet lighting was very dim and gave off a slight odor. I noticed some wear and tear on the room.
