seda holds a special place in our hearts, offering rooms that are both cozy and clean. the staff extended really good service and the food were yummy. misto and its club lounge were particular highlights, with john from misto offering perfect service during our meals. we loved the seamless experience provided.
i asked for late checkout as a club room guest, but the request was denied by the reception. it was a bit disappointing, and i couldn't find a phone charger anywhere. i think a wireless charger in the room would have been really helpful.

I was very grateful for my stay. The hotel rooms are consistently tidy, and I found the cleaning service to be thorough. The staff was very approachable. They greeted guests and assisted without needing to be asked. I especially valued the convenient access to adjacent shopping centers. This allowed for easy access to various retail and dining options.
The hotel lacked a universal phone charger, which would have been helpful.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to assist. i really enjoyed the club lounge access. It added a touch of sophistication (and i loved the relaxed atmosphere!). the hotel rooms were very clean and well maintained. Our room attendant was meticulous. plus, the pool area was super clean and always had a lifeguard, reassuring.
i asked for a late checkout (as a club room guest). the reception said it was not possible. i wish they were a bit more flexible on this.
