old carpet water malfunction

the room i was first assigned had a noticeable old carpet odor , it felt damp and not fresh , especially since i was told it was an upgrade. unfortunately , my daughter and i developed rashes and itching . we woke up one night to a flooded floor due to a water system malfunction , it was quite a commotion and added to our discomfort.

I found the location very convenient for shopping. The Greenbelt Mall is right across the street (great for browsing!). The breakfast had a lot of choices. The international buffet was fantastic.

the staff at the lounge were helpful and cute. the location is great. It's close to shopping malls (greenbelt is just a short walk). the room was clean and well-kept.

the hallway had a slight musty smell near the elevator.

The breakfast buffet featured many choices. The location is very convenient, with a mall directly across the street. The conference room was spacious and well-equipped. I received friendly service from all the staff .

Some of the bathroom mastic seems a bit overused throughout the hotel. It's a very slight imperfection..
