long wait timesmissing charger

one was out of service, and the rest stopped at every floor. it seemed like i was waiting forever to get anywhere. plus, i left my charger in the room, and when i called about it, they said it wasn't there. not great.

This location is close to two shopping centers. The hotel seems large enough and fairly clean. I experienced no issues while I stayed. The free parking was also decent for me.

It does not always open right away on the ground floor. This created some delays.

Service

The staff seemed polite when I interacted with them. From the reception to the concierge, staff provided quick services. Security personnel also seemed attentive at the entrances, a good sign for safety.

The hotel includes a swimming pool. A Smart TV helped me a lot because I connected it to my phone. Free parking exist but spaces are limited.

the hotel has a location very close to a major shopping center. a good selection of breakfast was available and it was free. the rooms were a decent size. the staff are friendly and attended to my needs right away

the front desk staff are helpful and accommodating. the staff were able to quickly resolve issues i had with my first room. the hotel managers were helpful as well. the staff greeted me with a smile
