i appreciated the helpful staff and the convenient location across from shopping and restaurants. the breakfast buffet offered a generous selection. staying in a junior suite gave us plenty of space. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. i will surely recommend this hotel.
the wi-fi connection in my room was a little unstable, so i just used my data instead.

The room was spacious, a 70sqm One Bedroom Suite. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options available. I did like the fresh fruits (especially the mangoes!).
The internet connection was not very stable . the gym was somewhat crowded during peak hours. It has only three treadmills.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even coming up with alternate options when I needed them.
I like to iron my clothes, but the ironing stand and tool provided were of very poor quality and leaked water. I asked for replacements, but I received similar ones with the same issues.
