i appreciated that all my previous feedback was taken into account and changes were made. my stay included complimentary room upgrades , dining vouchers , a coffee maker, free breakfast, and connecting rooms as a fans of mo member. the breakfast buffet offered local dishes like roti canai pisang and nasi lemak which were tasty. i found the staff to be very attentive to my needs.

i found the location excellent it provides access to the city center easily. the staff was very friendly and helpful . the hotel has great access to the shopping mall.

my room had a faulty bed lamp it could not be switched off. there were loud noises early in the morning above my room. the shower pipe inside the bath tub looked rusted with dirts.

I am impressed with the great service provided. Ramesh always had a big smile at the pool and he helped me with anything I needed. I think he should be recognized by the hotel as he understands service and hospitality. It makes my stay nice.

The breakfast was crowded, and the team could barely cope with it. I had to queue, not a great start to any day.
