the room service from hasan was awesome. the location is convenient with a five-minute indoor walk to sentral station. this provides easy access to shopping malls, trains, buses, and taxis. the hotel is peaceful, sophisticated, and isolated from the bustle.
The air conditioning duct, despite not facing the bed, had louvers pointing towards it. cold air blew onto my face. It made sleep difficult. i whatsapp'ed the team with feedback in the morning, but i was checking out at noon. the response at checkout was to have called earlier for maintenance. I felt unheard.

i enjoyed the breakfast at vasco's. the buffet included a wide selection of foods. curry mee, thosai and nasi lemak were my favorites. the executive lounge on the 33rd floor provided a superb view. the staff there were great.
The room had some issues. the spot light above the bed had a strobing effect and caused a headache. We could not sleep well. the suspension light by the bed started flickering after 3 minutes. the air conditioning duct directed cold air onto the bed even after adjustments, i found this very annoying.

i found my stay to be good the staff's attentiveness impressed me greatly i really appreciated the gym it included modern equipment and ample space for workouts i had a peaceful experience and plan to return for future visits
the lighting in the room was somewhat dim , made reading difficult it could be improved with brighter lights or a better-positioned lamp i hope this is resolved for the next visitor

i stayed for a night. the room received a thoughtful deco. a special cake and a bottle of wine were arranged. the staff's hospitality. i will come back because of the amazing service. i especially appreciate the convenient location next to the train station.
the corridor carpets showed noticeable stains! corridor walls and the main door's paint showed peeling! the building needs maintenance.
