pleasant experience at a well-connected hotel

helpful staff excellent location convenient connection shopping options

i attended an event here and the staff ensured its smooth execution. mr azizan and mr zukie were particularly helpful. the location is excellent because it connects directly to the 1 utama shopping mall. i found this connection convenient for shopping and dining options.

The room handover was slightly delayed. I had to wait a bit longer than expected after the stated check-in time.

The breakfast options impressed me. There was a wide variety to choose from, and everything tasted fresh. the hotel is connected to a large shopping mall. this made it easy to access dining and retail options, a real convenience! the staff members were friendly and helpful. they provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The lobby was quite crowded and noisy at times. this made it difficult to relax or have a quiet conversation. i noticed that the rooms are not very soundproof. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. the hotel seems a bit dated. The fixtures and decor could use some updating.

decent stay, some issues persisted

inadequate soundproofing dated hotel

the hotel is conveniently connected to the mall, a definite plus for shopping. the location made it easy to access various retail outlets.

The room i was given had some maintenance issues. i found that the soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms and the hallway. the noise was quite disruptive and impacted my ability to rest well at night.
