The hotel is located centrally, a great convenience. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is easy to find assistance. Speedy check-in was efficient, and that saved me time. i enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the service provided.

The lighting in the room isn't ideal. Yellow lights make it a little too dim for makeup.

The staff seemed friendly! the location is amazing near many famous spots. the rooms are a good size and very clean, it is really important. i appreciated the variety at breakfast. It was really good.

The refrigerator in my room was not working at all! i contacted room service, and they mentioned maintenance was needed. nothing was done about this issue. It affected my stay.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym, complete with three treadmills and a set of free weights. I also used the outdoor pool. It was a good size. The location suited my travel plans well. It provided easy access to transportation options and local attractions.

The in-room refrigerator did not keep beverages very cold.

The room was perfect. It was well kept. The housekeeping staff did a great job. Reception staff were very helpful. The Duty Manager was also very helpful, and I appreciated that.

The refrigerator in my room did not work at all. I called room service, but they did not fix it. I had to buy ice to cool my drinks, though the breakfast was delicious. I also found the location to be quite noisy at times.

the level team was amazing! rebecca were pretty good, twice helping us. the complimentary cocktail and tea time from 5-7 was a fresh take (perfect after hectic days!).

the bathroom had mold on the waterproofing silicone on the back of the sink. it was not ideal, but i could live with it.

The hotel location is great because it's next to the Imbi Station. There are some shopping malls near the hotel, made shopping easy. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They assist quickly with requests. The room felt spacious and quite clean, I did enjoy my stay.

The elevators were a bit slow, and they made some noise during operation.

The breakfast includes many choices for various nationalities, so it has something for everyone. I saw bakery items, Indian food, and dishes from many countries. The selection impressed me. The salad bar offered very fresh ingredients.
