The check-in process was slow. there were many families in line, but the manager did not offer assistance. Only two staff members were working. also, i asked for a second robe for the room, but it was never delivered. there was no follow-up, indicating a lack of attention to guest requests, no follow-up

The location is REALLY convenient. It is a walking distance to Pavilion KL and Exchange TRX. The room was clean. It looked exactly like the pictures!

The glass door at the bathroom is not fully enclosed. Cold air can flow in from the top. This makes bathing less enjoyable. The round table and sofa chair was not conducive for working.
