inconsistent turndown malfunctioning thermostat

The turndown service was inconsistent. i requested it through the app, chat, and front desk, even choosing a preferred aroma. despite all this effort, it was not provided. also, the malfunctioning thermostat in my room made it uncomfortably cold. The engineering team's initial response questioned my intelligence and didn't fully resolve the issue.

The location was very convenient. I loved that the hotel connected directly to the pavilion mall. this made shopping so easy. the room was clean, something i always appreciate. the bathroom had a rainfall shower. It felt very invigorating.

the staff in the restaurant were not very friendly. they seemed lazy when i asked for help. i wanted to get a toothbrush from room service, but they acted like it was a very big deal. this felt bad even though it is a 5 star hotel.
