slow breakfast service persistent odor

the breakfast service Was slow. Staff were often unattentive during Peak hours. the room Had a musty odor upon arrival. I informed the Front desk but the smell persisted throughout my stay. this was Disappointing considering the hotel's rating and price.

the location was supremely convenient with the beach nearby. i received complimentary fresh fruit upon arrival a lovely touch. the staff offered really good service i felt cared for.

some areas showed slight signs of wear though still perfectly functional.

i found the staff very attentive to all requests. i enjoyed two large pools including one with a waterslide. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and the views were fine. i appreciated the resort's effort to ensure a comfortable visit.
