friendly service high standard buffet selection

the staff here always were great with friendly speedy service everywhere around the hotel. the transport to and from my room was good. the food was of a high standard at all times from the buffet selection at breakfast to dinner. the views from the casa boho infinity pool are great.

the hotel is on a hill so you need buggies as the rooms are far from the lobby. i waited for 10 mins for the buggy to arrive sometimes. also one time the buggy dropped me halfway.

Our ocean view king room was a dream, with a amazing view that greeted us each morning. A true balm for the soul. staff interactions felt personal and genuine, they learned our names quickly. the free shuttle service to nearby areas was useful, saving us time and money on transportation. the onsite spa provided a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation, it offered a range of treatments perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

the gym equipment felt slightly outdated, a minor detail but an improvement would have been welcome.

the staff welcomed me warmly and were always available. the room had comfortable bedding, and housekeeping kept everything super clean. the location provided convenient access to nearby shops. the facilities, like the gym, met my expectations.

i found the check-in process could use improvement, lacking a welcome drink after a long journey. this small touch would have enhanced the initial experience. the absence was noticeable, considering the high standards.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices and i found it delicious i also appreciated the free hourly shuttle to the beach it made getting around easy the staff was friendly making me feel welcome.

the gym was small it lacked enough equipment for a proper cardio workout i found it quite warm due to limited airflow it made exercising uncomfortable.

i chose this hotel as a last-minute change during my holiday. check-in was seamless. staff addressed my room change quickly. breakfast had a fantastic buffet selection and the casa boho dinner was delicious. the casa boho infinity pool has amazing views. good transport options were available to and from my room.
