perfect for a romantic break

The staff was helpful and attentive, ready to assist with any request. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night. i especially enjoyed the complimentary tea bags in the room. Such a thoughtful touch. the adjoining mall (a quick walk through the lobby) offered convenient access to shops and restaurants.
the gym, though functional, is a bit small. it could benefit from more equipment to accommodate multiple guests at once.

the room design included two separate sinks and a large rainfall shower. the hotel also provided ample, fluffy towels and high-quality toiletries. i found the lighting controls near the bed convenient (especially late at night).

Housekeeping kept the room immaculate. They refreshed linens and amenities daily. Their recommendations were spot on. the front desk efficiently handled check-in and check-out. I encountered no delays.

The room was spacious with a separate toilet and bathroom. The bed was so comfortable with free water provided. The location is near a mall and several restaurants which is convenient. The hotel provides easy access to various nearby attractions.
I sent several emails ahead of my stay but I didn't receive any replies. This raised concerns about the hotel's service standards. The chair was stained and the air conditioning was leaking. I was expecting MUCH better service and room quality.
