The superior double room felt cramped for two occupants. soundproofing was inadequate. Hallway noises and neighboring guests were clearly audible. i also found it difficult to properly adjust the air conditioning.

The location was AMAZING!!! Bencoolen MRT station is very close. Two 7/11 stores are nearby, with a few bus stops, too. It proved very convenient for getting around. The reception area and hallways had a wonderful scent.

The superior room size seemed misleading based on the photos. It was too small for two people. I noticed a lack of space for walking or storing luggage. No wardrobe or cupboard was present for storing clothes.
