underwhelming stay, sadly

reheated lackluster grub

the buggy drivers were nice enough. sofyan was always prompt, i guess.

the restaurants, though, were nothing to write home about. i mean, for a so called five star hotel, i expected better grub, not some reheated leftovers. and the gym? please, that thing looked like it had been dragged out of a dumpster.

slow buggy service treetop restaurant

the buggy service was slow. many times i waited over 15 minutes for a buggy. the treetop restaurant also had slow service. it seemed they prioritized customers at the pool, a frustrating experience.
