i found the room very clean, and i saw all necessities were provided. the reception area featured ample seating , and i noticed complimentary fresh orange juice. staff members were especially kind , and they were helpful with my questions. i could even leave my belongings after checkout.

i observed that the bathroom lacked sufficient hooks , and this made hanging towels and clothing slightly difficult.

The breakfast had many options. i also liked the well-organized left luggage room which was locked. the bed was comfortable. It was a nice perk.

The room had a strong musty smell. i asked for a different room and got another room, but it still had a mouldy smell. i also saw that the wall was water damaged. It was an issue.

The air conditioning was a major letdown. it seemed stuck on a temperature that was too warm for comfort, regardless of what i set it to. This made the room stuffy, especially given the climate. also, the location wasn't ideal. It required a bus ride to reach the mrt.
