The room was spacious! It had every amenity I needed. I didn't hear ANY street noise, GREAT. The staff helped us KEEP our luggage after we checked out. They ALSO let us use the showers AND towels in the hotel. Breakfast was very good too!
The bathroom was not as clean as it COULD BE. I saw a LITTLE bit of mold under the sink rim. No bottled water was available in the room, a surprise.

The hotel is near Orchard Road. Lucky Plaza and Paragon Centre are also quite CLOSE for food. It is easy to REACH shopping areas and various dining options from this spot, WHICH makes exploring convenient.

The common areas look LOVELY! The foyer, bar, and restaurant create a cute atmosphere. These spaces SEEM well-kept and comfortable to use, WHICH enhances the overall experience. The pool area is clean and has enough lounge chairs.

I appreciated Raymond's assistance from check-in to departure. My in-laws enjoyed their stay. The location was convenient, and the hotel had good amenities. The staff was attentive. The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient near Orchard Road.

i appreciated the size of the room. it was a good size, and we were comfortable .
the lighting in the room was odd, especially in the bathroom. the mirror was large, but the lighting cast shadows on my face. shaving was challenging.

I found the location to be perfectly convenient. the staffs kindness really shines as they gave many helpful options after family issues. the room that i stayed in felt quite large. It was a family room.
I found the breakfast service somewhat lacking. food and drinks seemed to run out fast, especially the orange juice that tasted more like cordial. the receptionist, was also a bit indifferent when i asked for a taxi. It felt a bit inconvenient.
