The staff greets guests with smiles. they kindly stored my bag before check-in and after check-out. the hotel connects directly to the shopping mall via a walkway. This is very convenient. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

the hotel is very near the mall. the staff are courteous, very helpful. i appreciated this aspect of the service .

the shower door had inadequate seals. this caused the bathroom floor to flood each time we showered. it was quite annoying.
